M&W Precast and Construction Supply is a family-owned business that has been operating since 1972. M&W specializes in precast concrete products for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Their commitment to quality and customer service has earned them a reputation as one of the leading precast concrete suppliers in the Northwest.
We worked with M&W Precast & Construction Supply to create a new website that would better showcase their products and services. The new website features a modern design, clear and concise information, and easy-to-use navigation. It also includes a custom technical drawings PDF library component where M&W can share drawings with their customers in a user friendly way.

Our primary objectives for M&W's new website were centered around addressing the critical pain points and drivers to action experienced by your customers. In response to the pain points of communication and downloading drawings, we reorganized the PDF drawings on the website using a dual Content Management System with a CMS filter component, located on the "PDF Library" web page.
Additionally, understanding the importance for M&W to establish an authentic connection with their customers, we employed an informational approach that involves speaking their customer's language– Throughout the website, we have utilized the appropriate technical verbiage and industry-specific keywords, ensuring that the content aligns with the needs and preferences of the targeted customer base.
Our implemented strategy has proven its effectiveness, as evidenced by the remarkable success of the technical drawing PDF library. This particular web page has emerged as the most sought-after destination on M&W's new website, consistently attracting an impressive average of 34% of unique visitor traffic. This notable achievement serves as a testament to the value and relevance of the technical drawing PDF library, capturing the interest and engagement of visitors.
By strategically prioritizing this resource and ensuring its prominence within the website, we have provided visitors with a valuable asset that fulfills their specific needs and demands. Furthermore, we are thrilled to share that the overall website traffic has witnessed a remarkable surge, with an almost 100% increase unique visitors month-over-month. This notable increase can be directly attributed to the successful implementation of our new website and the well-crafted strategy behind it.
